Hello everyone! I’d like to share the next Club Create kit details featuring the Hey Sports Fan Suite of products.

Prepping for Club Create is a big job. Each month, it takes me a full week to cut, score, sort, pack and ship all the kits. It’s the biggest job I do every month!
I actually score all the card bases and 3D projects, diecut all the shapes (other than what can be cut with the dies required for the class) and pack each kit individually. I don’t trust anyone else with this job so it’s just me!!
I currently have over 200 subscribers. That. Is. A. Lot!! In fact, my long counter in my studio isn’t long enough to sort all 200 of one project at a time. I typically have to do 2-3 sorts for just one project. My new house (hopefully we will be in it this time next year!) will have a huge studio with a very long counter for this job!!
Each Club Create Kit includes five projects as well as several brand new products. January’s kit included a bolt of ribbon, a pack of Clear & Epoxy Drops and a full pack of Sunshine & Rainbows DSP.
Each kit also includes a special handmade tag. This is a small touch I like to include in my kits as a thank you. I do get help with these! I have a wonderful downline member (and friend) named Lisa who works very hard each month to create these for me. Again, 200+ is A LOT!!
It’s a huge job. But, I love it! I find it so satisfying to create something so special. And to create it in such huge quantities! I feel like my own crafty factory! I’ve been doing Club Create for about 20 months now. I’ve found some great ways to stay organized and efficient.
Once I have them finally all packed and sealed, it’s time to ship them. This is another huge job that requires me to be VERY organized and VERY focused. Everyone has the option to add things on to their kit each month. So, I have to go one by one and fill each kit to the specifications of each customer. I also have about 20-30 people claiming their $25 in Club Rewards each month, so that’s a very individualized process as well! I’m really good at making color coded spread sheets and keeping everything in alphabetical order!
And here is the final product! I ship them in a padded envelope and in general, they arrive in great shape. Of course, there are mishaps from time to time, but I always have a few extra kits in case any of them need to be replaced.
