Winter Escape Retreat Part 1 - Pink Buckaroo Designs

Whew… I’m finally feeling like myself again. I’ve been recover from my post retreat hangover for several days now…. It was SO fun! My friend Ronda Wade and I cohosted a full weekend retreat for 65 friends this past weekend here in San Antonio. It was SO MUCH WORK and SO MUCH FUN !

First, let me show you what the back of my car looked like! And this was the third trip!

Once we got into the room, Ronda, Denise and I worked all day to get it set up. The only hiccup is that part of the room was closed off to a meeting until an hour before our even started. It was difficult to get everything placed right with 1/4 of the room closed. But, we got it done in the nick of time.

Denise did an amazing job setting up our tool station. I brought pretty much every thing I own so that everyone would have a full tool/stamp bar to use all weekend.

We also had the make and take station set up on the other side of the room for their six make and takes.

At everyone’s seat, we set up their swag bag, a name plate, a treat, and their make and takes.

The bags were ordered from 4imprint.com. I know many of you will ask…. Aren’t they CUTE!?

And finally, everyone arrived and set all their fun supplies out and got to work. I loved the hum in the room was everyone was being creative.

I got lots of things done too! Here is a little sneak peek of my seat and my team birthday cards for March.

I also worked on lots of swaps for our upcoming Team Swap.

Kimberly wins the award for most projects created over the weekend!!

One of my favorite things about this weekend was spending time with lots of my Sweet Stampeders who came from all over the county. We have an amazing team, truly. Everyone gets along, everyone supports each other and everyone genuinely enjoy being together this weekend.
