I’ve had some Watercolor Paper Scraps sitting on my desk for a while. I had colored them with an Aquapainter and Watermelon Wonder ink in various levels of intensity. I had planned on using them for my Convention Demo, but never did. So yesterday, I need to just be creative and not work, so I pulled them over and started punching circles.
This is the first card I made. Each of the circles have been colored, but each is a different strength in color. So, I created and Ombre effect. I stitched a couple of lines across with my sewing machine next. Then, I pulled out my spritzer that has Gold Ink/Alcohol in it and splattered some ink on the white card base. I added a Gold Glitter heart and finished it off with a vellum sentiment cut with the Greeting Thinlits.
I did pretty much the same thing here. I turned the card so that it’s tall and used a star instead of a heart and a different sentiment.
Lastly, I used four circles that were close in color and made a square. I added a leaf this time and the Hello sentiment.
And here they are all together. I love these designs. I am already planning on doing something similar for a giant swap I have coming up next month for Founder’s Circle!
Here are the SU supplies I used.
