Hello everyone! Today, I’m kicking off my Turtle-y Awesome series! This is such a fun suite! the coordinating Tutrle-y Cute Designer Series paper is SO cute!

There are several ways to make your turtles. You can stamp them in black ink and colro them. You can cut them directly from the DSP. Or, like I did here, You can stamp them on colored cardstock. I stamped him in Old Olive ink on Old Olive Cardstock and used Old Olive Stampin’ Blends to add some shading and contrast. The banjo is cut form Early Espresso, Basic Beige and Basic White Cardstock. The background of this card is Early Espresso, I embossed the piece with the Turtle Textures Embossing Folder. I added a piece of the Tutle-y Cute DSP on top of that. The sentiment is embossed on an Early Espresso label that was cut out with Grow With Love Dies. I added a Basic Beige bow and a few Metallic Dots.

I carried the design over on the inside of the card with a piece of Basic White layered on a piece of Crushed Curry Cardstock. I added a 1/2″ strip of the DSP and then stamped a few music notes in Old Olive ink.
Measurements:
