Sweet Stampede Blog Hop: Retiring In Colors

Hello everyone and welcome to this month’s Sweet Stampede Blog Hop! My wonderful team is once again coming together to provide you with lots of inspiration! This month’s theme is the Retiring In Colors: Peekaboo Peach, Dapper Denim, Sweet Sugarplum, Emerald Envy and Flirty Flamingo! You can see all of our In Color products here. Remember, these five colors are on a “while supplies last” basis!

I chose to focus on Peekaboo Peach because it’s my favorite retiring color (Flirty Flamingo is actually coming back as a Core Color, so that doesn’t count!)
Peekaboo Peach is a great orange- it’s soft and light and not over powering. I’m not typically an orange person, but this one is so easy to use! I also choose to use the Watercolor Wings stamp set, which sadly, is also retiring!

If you like Watercolor Wings, make sure to join me for Facebook Friday this week- I’ve got three more projects planned using this amazing set!

You can join my Facebook Group here.

Ok, it’s time to hop along to other wonderful ladies in the hop! Next up is Anne Marie!

  1. Erica, I will miss Peekaboo Peach too! I am sad that Watercolor Wings is retiring since we don't have butterflies coming back in.

  2. Loving that Peekaboo Peach with the crisp black and white! Gorgeous! I’m glad we were both spared our beloved Flirty Flamingo. Ha! That would have been rough. 😉

  3. oh that color is PERFECT for that butterfly set! It reminds me of all the monarchs we see here in Houston! I'm sad I never ended up getting this set! Beautiful card!
