Swap #1 and some Convention Displays

I made hundreds of swaps for convention. I have some fabulous friends that came over before I left to help me put them all together. I paid these sweet friends in retired stamps and pizza! My first swap that I am showing is for the UStamp With Dawn and Friends swap. I made 100 of these babies! 60 for the organized swap and 40 for general swapping.

The Many Mustaches is my most favorite stamp in the new IBC. I just love it! So, when I saw it, I knew I had to put it on this pumpkin, which is from Jack of all Trades! I stamped the pumpkin in More Mustard and then “rock and rolled” it in Cajun Craze. The stash itself is Staz On Black. If you got one of these guys and you are one of my readers, I’d love to hear from you! It was so fun swapping and meeting some of you at convention! The web is an a amzing tool that has allowed me to make friends with people all over the world. I had no idea how many of you actually read my blog until this week. I just thought it was my mom making my hit counter go up! 😉

I’ve spent the last hour editing my convention photos. I have no idea how to show them all to you. I am going to try to do them by theme, and today’s theme is Displays. And these displays were made by SU artist to showcase new stamps and products in both the IBC and the upcomming Holiday Mini.

New Halloween stuff. Adorable! There are fun stamps like brains and rats, and a cute set that has like a builder broom and twig with spooky things to put on them! Can. Not. Wait!

This is the new envelope die in the IBC as well as the newPeekaboo Frames Big Shot die from the mini. These are both going to get lots of use in my stampin’ room!

Fall leaves stamps and new fall color DSP.

I {Love} Pennants! My friend’ recently put me on a brief pennant restriction…. How dare them! 😉 Apparently I can’t create anything lately with out one!

And the yummy Christmas themes DSP. It’s traditional red and green which is what I’ve been hoping for!

A new Stocking Die, Stocking punch and stocking stamp set!! What?? Yes, you read that right! I’m telling you, start feeding your family Beanie Weenies and saving your pennies so you can get it all! This Mini Catalog is seriously AMAZING!

Oh, and skinny cellophane bags that are CHEAP! Hello!! I’m so excited! Have I mentioned that yet????

The new Hostess Set in the mini! {Sigh….} I love it…

Domestic Goddess Suite from the IBC.

I think I need everything in this picture for my new house. I’m gonna have to put in a call and see if they can just send it over….

 Those butterflies were solid glitter!

A little seat cover made of DSP.

These things are so IN right now. What are they called? I never know what to call them! But, they were everywhere at convention! So were pinwheels!

Yes, please! I need you to come live on my desk.

And these guys. I just don’t even know what to say about them. At first glance, I thought they were dried flowers hanging. But no, a closer look shows they are made of ribbon!! Come on!! What does SU do with this stuff when convention is over? Can’t I just have them??

So, I got home at 2 am this morning. My family let me sleep till about 9 and then it was back to the Mommy grind.. I don’t mind, I feel very refreshed so the Strawberry milk, PB&J, the screaming fights upstairs in the playroom, the 12 episodes of Dino Dan and all that laundry don’t seem so bad after 4 days of complete fun! I am on cloud 9 for SU. You know that feeling when you go shopping and you find amazing deals and everything fits and looks good in the dressing room mirror? You come home with a spring in your step… That’s how I feel today.

I have a few things planned to step it up in my SU business. I am so excited and inspired by what SU stands for and puts forth. It’s so much more than rubber stamps. That’s just a side effect, if you will, at this point for me. I want to share this with others, and really help my team grow. Next year, I’d love to have my team go with me. My friend Tammie and I had a blast, but would love to bring our down lines and friends. So, be on the look out this week for some incentives that both SU is offering as well as some things I will be offering.

Thanks for stopping by! I’ve got empty boxes calling my name to go pack. We move in 12 days! Eek!
