Strawberry Sweet!

I bought a strawberry plant last week. I thought it would be fun to grow strawberries with the girls. Not sure if I’ll be able to keep it alive.. LOL! I was inspired by my little strawberry plant (you can see it in the background) when making today’s project!

Next month, Stampin’ Up has a new product suite coming out called Summer Smooches. It will only be available for a certain amount of time. Let me tell you- IT. IS. ADORABLE!!! I didn’t think anything could top the current SAB paper, but this stuff has definitely done that! It’s bright and summary and delicious!

Included in this product suit is a new die. Now, when dies come out, I drag my feet for a while. i want to see what others are doing with it before I decide to commit to it. But, this die, was love at first sight! I had no hesitation! It’s simple and super easy to put together! And, it’s so cute!

I also used the Fruits and Flowers stamp set for the strawberry, the Fabulous Phrases set for the “Sweet” and the Itty Bitty flower punch for the little flower (which is a little washed out for some reason in these pictures!)

So, get ready friends! You are going to WANT this die! It’s a MUST HAVE for sure! I will have a tutorial on how I made the print on this box soon. It was fun and pretty easy as well!

  2. That is SO cute, I love how you crisscross crossed the striped embossing folder! I did not order that die 🙁 I got just about all the rest of the preorders though. Guess I'll be sittin on the fence for awhile!
