Stellar Birthday and Hand Made Planets

Hello everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend! We celebrated the graduation of our oldest, Ellie, from high school! It was an emotional weekend, but also a really fun and exciting celebration!
Today, I have one more Stellar Birthday project for you. I once again used the little girl astronaut, but this time, I made a few planets to float around in space with her.
First, to create the background, I inked a piece of Basic White Cardstock with night of Navy ink and  a Blending Brush. Next, I dipped water on it to create the “splotchy” stars.
For the plants:
Blue planet- Coastal Cabana and Pacific Point Watercolor on Shimmer White Cardstock
Purple planet- purple and blue Pastels
Orange planet- red and orange Pastels
Red planets- Real Red Stampin’ Blends and then shipped rubbing alcohol

Each were punched out with different sixes of circle punches.

Our little astronaut was colored with Stampin’ Blends, just like the little guy I showed on Friday. I stamped the sentiment on Vellum in Versa Mark and embossed with Gold Embossing powder.

And lastly, I had some extra “red planet” paper left, so I punched out a couple of smaller moons and out them on the inside of the card.

Don’t forget- if you want last Friday’s make and takes for free, your online order must be submitted by midnight tonight, June 7th. If your order is under $150, you also need to use Host Code . I’ll cut and pack those up tomorrow morning and have them in the mail to you in Wednesday.
You can order anything you want! But you will need the Stellar Birthday, as well as ink and adhesive to complete the projects.
