Last week, my friend Kay Cogbill and I hosted a large event before Stampin’ Up’s On Stage in San Antonio called Stamping Soiree. We hosted 140 Demonstrators for a full day of training and stamping.
Kay and I have done this four years in a row, but this by far was our biggest event!
We were very excited about the event space we found downtown. It help 140 stampers very easily!
We couldn’t have pulled it off with out the help of many of our downline. My assistant, Denise, was my right hand man. We even dressed the same on set up day! And we didn’t even plan it!
First order of business was to stuff the adorable bags with make and takes and gifts. Luckily, Heather and Sam came to help too!
We kind of went with a Fiesta theme since San Antonio is getting ready to celebrate our annual city wide Fiesta! I made the name tags using the Flowering Desert stamp set.
Our teams had special meeting at the front and had a few extra goodies as well. Everyone got the cute cactus pens, but I also gave my team the Sweet Cups I showed last week during Facebook Live.
My downline also brought fun gifts to add- Denise made the Fiesta tag and attached it to a locally made Praline, Heather made the tropical pouch and Alessandra made the buttons with our team name.
Here is Jen’s seat after she checked in- doesn’t that look like a fun spot?
And here Kay and I are with our downline helpers, guest stampers and display stampers! My mom made these beautiful aprons for each of them as a thank you from me.
I’ve already had a bunch on inquiries… No, she’s not selling them! Sorry! She’s a full time teacher and just doesn’t have the time right now. She did them for me as a special favor.
And right before we opened the doors, we had a very long line waiting!
And the fun begins!
Our display stampers out did themselves!
Our Guest Stampers did such a wonderful job presenting fun ways to use SU products.
We also had two make and take sessions. Half the room made the Tea Together projects while the other half made the Beach Happy projects. And then we switched in the afternoon.
Kay and I worked really hard to get enough supplies for 140 stampers! We also bought everyone their own Hand Sanitizer for the holder they were making.
This table put there samples on the little sombrero!
I was so blessed to have so many of my Sweet Stampeders here that day! They came from far and wide to join in the fun!
Prize table! We had a TON of prizes!
And last but not least, we had special cookies made for everyone! They got to choose which cookie they wanted as they left.
It was a really fun event and I am so lucky to have a friend I can work with and share the responsibilities on something this big! I look forward to doing it again in the future hopefully!
Thanks for stopping by!

That's a fabulous sharing of notes and photos with us, thank you! I am wowed by your (and with your team's help) ability to pull this together, and am inspired. Cute aprons; love the cookies! Really fun to have this opportunity to see the fun and visuals of your day! Kudos to you! xo
Everything looks absolutely beautiful! Thank you for sharing all the pics.
Would your mom be willing to share her pattern, as I'd love to make me one.
