Stampin’ Celebration- Bleach and Green!

Top of the Mornin’ to ya! Sorry…. I couldn’t resist! Today at Stampin’ Celebration, we have a St. Pattys theme for you! How fun!

Notice the ribbon? It’s Old Olive Satin that I stamped the shamrock on with Staz on!

Now, I tried something new today- BLEACH! Well, its not new, but I think I finally mastered it! I used a Clorox Bleach Pen and ever so softly, colored in the foam. With in minutes, it turned the paper white in that area! It was super fun! Then, I put a layer of Crystal Effects and Dazzling Diamonds over it. I love how it came out!

My tag is made with hearts from the Heart to Heart Punch!
Stamps: Cheers to You, SO Happy For You
Ink and Paper; Staz On, Old Olive, Whisper White
Other: Bleach Pen, Old Olive Satin Ribbon, Heart to Heart Punch, 1″ circle punch, Dazzling Diamonds, Crystal Effects, twine
Ok, so give it a try! The Bleach Pen was so much easier and smelled way less than using real bleach! And I found that the whiteness varied between shades of paper. Make sure you go over to SCIC and show us your work!

  1. Love the Card. I love the ribbon you made, and the foam on the green beer with the bleaching. Super Cute! The Challenge Blog that I do with some of my SU friends is also doing a St. Patty's Day theme Challenge… starting tomorrow. If you want to do another challenge come on by, our winner gets to be a Guest Designer. http://www.fridaymashup.blogspot.com

  2. Love your card! Great ideas to use the bleaching technique on the beer, then adding CE and glitter!
