Back again this afternoon with a fun challenge from Stampin’ Celebration! It’s a party!
I don’t know what to call these things. I am sure they have a name. I made them by taking a long piece of paper and scoring it every 1/4″ and folding it like an accordion and then adhering the two ends together. Then, carefully, pushed the center down and glued it together in the middle.
Stamps: None!
