Hello everyone! I hope you had a great weekend! Today I have another Sophisticated Sled project for you. If you missed Friday’s three Sophisticated Sled projects, make sure to hop back here to check them out.
I love to mix things up! And when I start looking through my stamps for something to coordinate with another set, the creative juices start flowing! Now, it’s August, and I’ll tell you, playing with winter themed sets does take some brain work! So, I was looking through all my winter sets (on the very top shelf right now of course!) and found the Rustic Crate set. I love the little diecut box in this set and knew it would be cute with the skates in it. I cut the crate from Pecan Pie Cardstock and put it together. I mounted it on a Basic White Spotlight in Nature circle. I created the skates and stamped and colored the wreath. But, the crate needed more! So, I cut some Mossy Meadow and Garden Green trees and Real Red flowers. I stamped the sentiment in Old Olive ink on a Basic White Iconic Imagery Label. Lastly, I stamped the Sketched Plaid background stamp in Real Red ink and mounted it all on a Real Red card base. I added Dots of Days Adhesive Backed Dots to the center of the flowers and a Gold Trim bow.
If you’d like to earn last week’s Facebook Friday projects for free, make sure to use Host Code YMFVK4GB. All orders over $35 using this week’s Host Code will earn the projects kit for free, from me. The deadline for these projects is August 5, 2024 at midnight. If you don’t use the Host Code, I’ll assume you do not want the projects. But, if your order is over $150- don’t use the Host Code! You’ll earn Stampin’ Rewards (free products!) and I’ll still send you the make and takes. You can shop in my online store here
