Somewhere over the Rainbow…

My very favorite kind of challenge is a RAINBOW challenge! I love, love, love doing cards with rainbow colors! So, for my second week hosting the HSS challenge, I chose a Rainbow theme!

I chose to keep it sweet and simple this week.

The little hearts are from the new embossing sizzlit in the Occasions Catalog called Fashionable Hearts.

I popped them up with Stampin’ Dimensionals and tied little bows on each end. I added a tiny Basic Rhinestone to each heart.

I used the new Diagonal Plate for the Simply Scored to make a crisscross design on the Whisper White paper. I stamped the sentiment from PS I love You in Basic Black.

So what do you see when we challenge you with Rainbows? Get to work and come back and show us!

  1. love your scored crisscross back ground and your sweet rainbow heart banner! Two of your favorite things, rainbows and banners! 🙂

  2. Those rainbow hearts are adorable. Love the clean look of it yet it's still so bright and cheerful, love it!

  3. Such a bright and spring-like card! Love the heart banner. The embossed lines were such a great addition without taking away from the banner!

  4. Beautiful! You made it clean and simple but still managed to get all those colors in there! I found it challenging to get all those colors on one card, but yours is perfectly elegant.

  5. I cannot tell you how much I love this! Why is it that the rainbow theme goes so well with CAS??? Love the bling too!
