Sending Love and Perennial Postage

Hello everyone! Happy Monday! Today I have one more Sending Love project for you. If you missed Facebook Friday’s three projects, check them out here. and I had another Sending Love project on Thursday which you can see here.

For today’s card, I tried to use a different color combination- something different that your typical Valentine’s Day colors. I used Starry Sky, Orchid Oasis and Berry Burst. I really love how these colors look together. I started with a large Starry Sky Perennial Postage rectangle. Don’t you think these dies coordinate well with the “mail” theme of this bundle? I added the stripes stamps to the edges of the Orchid Oasis piece.

I stamped the envelope on both Berry Burst cardstock and Glorious Gingham DSP. Wouldn’t you love to receive a gingham envelope in the mail? So fun! I stamped the sentiment in Berry Burst ink on a 1 3/4″ X 1 3/4″ pieces of Basic White cardstock. The heart on the envelope is cut from Starry Sky Cardstock. I added a Orchid Oasis Ribbon bow behind the envelope.

And lastly, you can see I added the Perennial Postage rectangle to the inside of the card. I stamped the envelope twice in Berry Burst ink.
