He y’all! Yay for SATURDAY! And it’s gorgeous here too! I went outside to take pictures of today’s page and it’s just too sunny! Everything looks washed out! Uhg!
It’s a masculine card today! I don’t get to do those very often. This is my hubby last fall running his first marathon! I was so proud of him!
The title is hybrid- meaning, I made part of it on the computer and the other part with real paper. It’s VERY washed out in this picture, so below you can see the digital image that was made on My Digital Studio. I then stamped the letters (Varsity Letters- retiring! Boo Hoo!! I will be holding on to this set forever. It’s so easy to cut out and to stamp!) and cut them out and mounted them with Dimensionals.
I used 3 X 3 squares cut diagonally for the flag like design. The white arrows are the Photo Corner Punch! Twine, Tiny Tag Punch and the words are from another retiring set called Your a Gem. Paper is from Well Worn DSP.
Another stamp I will not be getting rid of even though it is retiring is Good Grid. I use it alot as background images as you can see her on my journaling.
So there you have it! Scrapbook Saturday, Hybrid Edition! Hope you enjoyed it!
The colors for my layout were inspired by the challenge at Color Q
