Hello everybody! Today, I have my Rooted in Nature project #5 to show you! And, this may just be my most favorite! It’s a fancy fold designs that includes a pull tab that slides a window open. It’s quite magical!
I again used the Garden Lane DSP (Sneak Peek- coming June 4th!) I colored the trees with my Stampin’ Write markers and used the Stamparatus to add a second layer of ink. To create the window, I used our Stitched Rectangle Framelits. The ‘thanks’ is from the Well Said Dies and the label it’s on is from the Lakeside Dies.
Inside the window is the fun script font saying from the Rooted In Nature stamp set. Isn’t it fun when it’s sitting open?
Here is the full video tutorial. It’s a bit longer than my normal videos because it has quite a few steps.
Here are all the measurements you’ll need:
4 1/4″ X 5 1/2″ Mint Macaron Cardstock
4 1/4″ X 5 1/2″ Whisper White Cardstock
4″ X 5 1/4″ Garden Lane DSP
2 1/2″ X 4 5/8″ White Cardstock
3′ X 2 1/4″ Vellum
scrore lines on the rectangle: at the top, 1 5/8″ from the top and 1/2″ from the bottom
