Hello everyone! Welcome back! Today I have one more Carousel Horses project for you. This time, I gave them rainbow hair! Make sure you check out Wednesday’s card and Thursday’s three projects here for more ideas.
Today’s card might just be my favorite! I created the soft background by adding Daffodil Delight and Bubble Bath ink to a 4″ X 5 1/4″ piece of Basic White Cardstock with a Blending Brush. I added just a bit of Flirty Flamingo ink to the top edge as well. I added stars from Reach From the Stars and embossed them in Gold Embossing Powder.
I stamped the horses in Memento Black ink and colored them with Flirty Flamingo, Fresh Freesia, Coastal Cabana and Wild Wheat Stampin’ Blends. The sentiment was stamped in Versa Mark ink on Basic Black Cardstock and embossed with Gold Embossing Powder. I punched both ends with the Happy Label Pick A Punch. Lastly, I layered it all on a 3″ X 4″ piece of Basic White Cardstock and then on a 3 1/4″ X 4 1/4″ piece of Gold Foil. The only embellishments used are a few Adhesive Backed Sparkle Gems.
