PPA Challenge #6

I am really enjoying the new Stampin Up Challenge Blog over at Paper Pal Arts. As you know, I am a new SU Demo and I am always looking for ideas. This blog gives me ideas for sets and paper I have as well as gets me to use them! So, thanks ladies!

This week’s challenge is to use these 3 colors

I didnt have exact matches, but I came close. I used my new Falling Leaves Stamp Set which I love. I think these colors go well together and do look fallish paired with the brown ribbon.

I also used my SU texture plates and I tried spritzing them with water like I have been reading. Since I am using them in the Cuttlebug, I’ve been having some trouble getting a crisp image, and I thought it was the CB. But, I did try the water and some extra shims and it seemed to do the trick. I love texture!

And I must mention this is a total lift off of someone over at SCS. I just used differnt colors! 😉 I might demo this card in October….Its simple and cute and uses several tools.
