Hello everyone! I hope you’ve had a great weekend! Today I’m starting my Potions & Spells series. Yes, Halloween in July! Why wait, right? This bundle so just too cute to wait. Potions & Spells is an online Exclusive that you can only find here on the Stampin’ Up website.
The main image in this set is the cauldron. I used just the dies to cut the shapes from Basic Black Cardstock. I cut the “drips” and bubbles from Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock. I added Basic Black bubble clusters (from the Simply Sparkling Bundle ) to the back of the card base first, also adding Wink of Stella to the center of each one. I also added a strip of Flowering Zinnias DSP and a strip of Bright & Beautiful DSP before I tied a Peach Pie piece of ribbon around the center of the card. The bird and books were stamped on Bsaic White with memento Black and colored with Smoky Slate, Pumpkin Pie, Highland Heather and Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blends. The sentiment is stamped in versa Mark on Basic Black Cardstock and embossed with White Embossing Powder.
Inside, I added a piece of Basic White Cardstock where I stamped the Happy Halloween sentiment, the stars and added a few Lemon Lime Twist Bubbles.
This week, I’ll also be using Potions & Spells for Facebook Friday! I’ll have three Halloween projects for you- yay! Make sure to join me Friday at 2:00 pm CST for Facebook Friday over on Facebook.
