Pillow Gifts from Convention

Hi everybody! I realized I don’t think I ever showed you what I took to Conventionto give my roomies! They were to cute and EASY not to share! 

I used the little bags that come in the Celebrations Basic kit. For the topper, I started with the Party Pennants die and Strawberry Slush Cardstock. I used the Stripes Mask to create the bright stripes. I stamped the feather from A Happy Hooray in Versamak and embossed it with Gold Embossing Powder.  Next, I stamped the striped circle from Hello Darling and embossed it with White Embossing Powder. After I punched it out, I layered a Gold Cardstock Heart, a Basic Black Twine bow and a sentiment from an upcoming Hostess Set (Sneak Peek!) Oh! And I forgot the gold sequin trim!

I said it was easy.. I guess it was a little more complicated. Not hard, just lots of steps. 

So what was inside the bag? A portable phone charger!! We all had so much trouble the year before with our phones dying so these babies really helped us stay charged through out the long days of convention!!
