Hello everyone! Today, I continue my Perfectly Pears series. As I said on Instagram yesterday- I didn’t expect to fall head over heals for this suite, but here I am!! It’s a beautiful suite of products! Make sure you jump back to yesterday’s post here and join me tomorrow for facebook Friday for three new projects.

Today’s card features a technique called White Wash Watercolor. I will be showing you how to do this tomorrow during Facebook Live, but you can also see it here on a post from March. I stamped the pear and stem in Staz On ink on Crumb Cake. I covered them in a watered down White Craft ink. Then, I used a Blender pen and Old Olive and Darling Duckling ink to color in the pair. I used Pecan Pie and Old Olive for the stem/leaf. The DSP is from the Painterly Pairs DSP. I roughed the edges up with a Distress Tool (we don’t carry them anymore, but you can see one here on Amazon (affiliate.) After cutting out the pear with the matching dies, I added it to a Basic White Everyday Arches. I also added a Crumb Cake grid and a few Petal Pink flowers.

The sentiment is stamped on an Early Espresso strip with Versamark ink and Heat Embossed with White Embossing Powder. I added a Linen Thread bow and a few Strawberry Slush Adhesive Backed Dots. Inside, I carried over the same design inside with a piece of Crumb Cake, a strip of DSP and another layer of Basic White.
