Hello everyone! I wanted to share some pictures I took a couple weeks ago at my National Scrapbook Day Crop. It was at a new (to us) hotel and we really enjoyed it!
Here is what each of the tables looked like. They all had a swag bag of product (the chevron bag) as well as class kits (if they ordered them). They also had a word scramble to play and it was pretty hard! It was funny to see how serious they got while they worked through it… LOL! Fun!

So here are all 25 tables set up. The calm before the storm!
I had various stations around the room as well. This was the Paper Pumpkin Try Me station. The could take a kit to their table and make as many or as few as the wanted.
This is the Raffle Ticket table. Always so fun!! Lots of big prizes. They could choose which prize(s) they wanted most and drop their tickets all in one or spread them out.
This is the tool table. I bring all my big gadgets, some stamp sets and punches.
We had two really fun Make and Takes too. This one was an Extra Large Journal.
And this one was a focus on the In Colors. I copied this straight from Jill Hillard. Thanks Jill! She used the retiring In Colors which I wanted to use but the In Colors were mostly sold out already. So, we went with the other set of In Colors.
Unfortunately, once the day gets started, I forget to take pictures!! But, here are a couple I took. Notice the Margarita glass… The hotel had a happy hour which made lots of my croppers happy!!
It’s a really fun event I have twice a year. If you live in the San Antonio area, look out for the next one tentatively set for November 21st.

Erica, I just LOVE to see what you are creating and HOW you are setting up and holding your events (I'm a fellow demo). I learn so much from you and truly am inspired by your events every time.
