Million Dollar Sales Retreat Day 3

Hello everyone! Today, I’ll share what I can with you from day 3 of my Million Dollar Achiever Sales Retreat. There were TONS of amazing things we saw that day. But, we all signed an NDA and I have to be VERY careful with what I can share. So, I’ll do the best I can. Just know this- some AMAZING things are coming!

Our second day at the home office was just for achievers. The guests were on their own and Ted and some of the other guys spent the day at Top Golf! When we arrived at the Home Office, we had our very own badges!! We used these to get in the elevator and open doors. It was so cool!

We broke up in small groups and rotated through different departments. My first stop was product sneak peeks! Of course, I can’t show you any of it! But, I can show you Jen and Chrissy, who help to develop the products and catalogs. They were so fun! Their love for the product and company were very evident. We got to see some fun things n the upcoming Holiday Catalog. All I can say is start saving your pennies- you’re going to want it all!

Next stop- concept art! It was like a dream come true being in this office! We met with Melody and Cindy and they showed us kind of how they work and plan as well as some of the upcoming products.

Cindy and I have been friends for a long time. We were Artisan Design Team members together! Now she works at the Home Office! She was busy designing Valentine projects. And I LOVED them!! Her desk was so much fun. I wish I could show you all the things!!

Melody showed us how they star organized. Can you imagine having every single product in the catalog at your finger tips??

Next, we spent time in the new Legacy Room. Again, they want us to keep this secret for now. I didnt take any good pictures here. We got to stamp with Sara Douglas and Shelli Gardner, our CEO and Cofounder. We made a card using new product snd got to flop through the upcoming Annual Catalog.

One extra thing we got to do was visit the basement where they do all the photographs. It was kind of like a backstage. There were tons of props and lots of lights. We had a fun little tutorial from one of the photographers on how he captures the cards and makes them look so good. It’s all about the light!

When we got back to the room that afternoon, we had another gift waiting for us!

The card is again just so cute!!

Inside was a wallet to match the purse!! Wow, so generous!!

We finished the night off with new and old friends with an amazing Italian Dinner. It was a VERy busy day but one I won’t soon forget. I still can’t believe I got to do all these things!

I’ll be back tomorrow with more photos from our last day in SLC. See you then!

  1. Loving your blog and all the details about your million dollar achievement! Sounds sooooo fun! How many million dollar achievers were there? Aside from Covid, do they usually just have one at a time?

  2. Your account of the sales retreat sounds wonderful! You work so hard you deserve every single minute. Can’t wait to see your stamp set.
How many of you were celebrated as million dollar sales demonstrators?
