Make a Wish

Hello everyone! Welcome back! Today’s card features a stamp set I have been dying to play with- Make a Wish! It’s adorable!

This card requires lots of coloring! I love to color with Stampin’ Blends, so this stamp set has been on my must have list! To start, I stamped the well, the flowers and the goose on Basic White Cardstock using Memento Black ink. I then used Grey Granite, Crumb Cake, Granny Apple Green, Crisp Cantaloupe and Pumpkin Pie to color. This stamp set doesn’t have matching dies, so I used my scissors to cut them out. Next, I cut a Basic White Perennial Postage rectangle and added some Balmy Blue ink to the middle with a Blending Brush. I also added some blue very lightly to the inside of the well, around the flowers. Next, I stamped the sentiment, the fence and butterfly in Memento Black ink. I colored the fence with Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends. I adhered the wishing well and goose to the rectangle with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I added a piece of Mixed up Patterns DSP to the front of the card and tied Balmy Blue Gingham ribbon around the center. I then attached the rectangle over the ribbon with Dimensionals. Lastly, I added a few clear Dewdrops to the card front.
