Hey hey! Happy Friday! Right now I am in NYC!! Yep, my mom and I are visiting the Big Apple. It was my gift for my birthday this year from her and my dad. She takes a small fine arts student group each year on a Fine Arts tour of NYC. We are seeing three Broadway shows, touring several museums as well as other parts of the city. Hope my feet survive!! 🙂
So, for this week’s Friday Mash Up, we have a very Fall-ish challenge for you. Hopefully I am seeing these beautiful fall colors in Central Park!
Here’s your Mashup Challenge:
- Create a project with a “Tree or Leaves.”
- Create a project using the “Color Orange.”
- Or Mash it Up and create a “Project with Leaves/ Tree & the Color Orange.”
I went clean and simple! yay! I love this look and am really tryign to do this more and more. I used the Magnificent Maple again. this stamp has seen more ink than any other stamp in my office this fall. I love it! I stamped it on cardstock in the coordinating ink (Pumpkin Pie, Daffodil Delight, Early Espresso) and then fussy cut them out. Yes, it took a few minutes, but wasn’t too bad. I added them with Dimensionals, added some mini clothespins and some Linen thread. I finished it off with a stamp from Four You.
Make sure you hop over to the Friday Mash Up and see what the other designers have come up with and then link up yours!
Have a great weekend!
