I had fun with this, however my pleating skills leave something to be desired! Not as easy as one might think! But, I tried to make it harder than it has to be!
Stamps: From My Heart
Ink and Paper: So Saffron, Regal Rose, Primrose Petal, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla
Other: Eyelet Border Punch, Simply Scored, Primrose Petal Stitched Ribbon, Basic Pearls

I'm with you on the pleating. Now that I've seen other tutorials I realize it wasn't so difficult. I just found a hard to follow one:( This is a beautiful card. Love the layering of the pleats and the colors. Gorgeous!
