Good morning! Today is Tuesday, so that means another Hand Stamped Sentiment’s challenge! This week, we’ve got a super simple challenge for you: SPRING!
For today’s card, I pulled out an oldie but goodie. Loads of Love! This was my very first stamp set I ever bought. And, sadly, it’s retiring this year! I was very surprised to see it on the list….
I stamped the truck in Staz On Black and then used my blender pens to watercolor it. I messed up on the flowers, so I stamped them again on a separate piece of paper, cut them out and popped them up with a dimensional! LOL! Love it when a mistake turns out to make a project even better! The grass was actually an afterthought and I put it on after I had already stamped the truck. I just stamped it again on the Lucky Limeade DSP and then cut out the truck to leave the negative image and then adhered it on my original paper. I shaded under it a tad as well.
So, give it a spin and make sure to come back to Hand Stamped Sentiments and link up with us! i can’t wait to see what you come up with !
And, in case you’ve forgotten:

That's a big ol' load of pretty! I was really sad too, to see that on the list, I have all the sets in that collection…and they'll stay right here with me too :). I love all your colorful layers, you can use this one for anyone, man, woman, or kids!
truly LOADS of Springy fun!!
Erica I love this card. Your coloring is fantastic. It really pops!
Okay, you pulled it off, you made this set look cute to me. I have it, but never loved it, but now that it's going away and seeing this super cute card, you've changed my mind. Love the dsp and your coloring is spot on. 🙂
I love the pretty spring color combo!!! LOVE your watercoloring!!! It just pops!!! Great layout and love the added accents!! Great Spring Card!!
These colors work so well together and really pop! I love how the green striped paper makes the chevron effect, not sure if you meant to do that, but it looks so neat and that seems to be so popular right now. Great card!
Love! That is all! This was my first ever SU set and I will cherish it for-ev-er!
