Hello everyone! Happy Fourth of July to all my American friends! I hope you are enjoying some family time today! It is Monday as well, so I’d like to share one more HIppest Hippos project. In case you missed it, you can find last week’s Hippest Hippos Facebook Friday projects here.
This box is designed to hold a Twinkie! I purchased the Red, White and Blue Twinkies at Sams Club, but you can also find them here on Amazon (affiliate.) But, any Twinkie will fit! I kind of stuck with the color theme and used the Starry Sky gingham DSP from the Tea Boutique DSP pack. The flowers are Granny Apple Green, Sweet Sorbet and Blushing Bride.
I colored the hippo with Gray Granite and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends. I tied the box with our Petal Pink 3/8″ Soft Polyester Ribbon. I added ’22-’24 In Color Adhesive Dots to the center of each flower. The tub was cut from Silver Foil.
Lastly, I added the sentiment from the Good Feelings stamp set. You can see the full details in the video below.

score the short side at 1 1/4″, 3″, 4 1/4″ and 6″
score the long side at 1 1/4″ and 6″
4 5/8″ X 1 5/8″ DSP (top)

(2) 1 5/8″ X 1 1/8″ DSP (sides)
