Glow of Harvest & Radiant Sunflowers

Hello everyone! Today, I have a new project using this month’s Product of the Month: Glow of Harvest Specialty Paper! I am also using a sneak peek product called Radiant Sunflowers- coming out in the new September to December Stampin’ Up Catalog on September 1st!

Stampin’ Up’s Product of the Month program gives us a new product that you can add for just $5 when you spend $75 or more! This is an excellent value! You can only ever get it once, even if you order over $75 multiple times. It’s limit one per customer. You can see this month’s new product as well as past month’s product’s that are still available here.

This paper is stunning in person! The photos don’t do it justice! It’s got a soft shimmer to it. For today’s card, I started with a Thick White card base. I added a piece of the Glow of Harvest Specialty Paper that has the flowers to the card front. Next, I stamped the sunflower from Radiant Sunflowers (Available September 1!) in Memento Black ink and colored them with Golden Glow and Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends. I cut them out and then, cut about 1/4 of the images off! Yes, I know. It hurts to do this, but I had to do it to get it to fit on the Perennial Postage Rectangles! I stamped the sentiment on a third rectangle in Cajun Craze ink and then added them all to the card with Dimensionals. I also stamped, colored and die cut the little butterfly which I added to the sentiment.

On the inside, I added a strip of the same paper and another colored sunflower.

Measurements:
4 1/4″ X 11″ Thick White Cardstock
4″ X 5 1/4″ DSP
1 1/2″ X 5 1/2″ DSP (inside)

I’ll be out of town again this week so I have another special ordering incentive for you!
