Hello everyone! Today, I’d like to share a special project I created for my mom for Mother’s Day. I saw several samples online of people having other things on the stamped easel from the Crafting With You bundle, things other than stamps. So, it inspired me to grab a few photos of my mom’s artwork and create a set of cards for her!
The first thing I did was head over to my mom’s Instagram and grab four different images of paintings that I love. I pasted them on a document and resized them to about 2″ X 2″. I printed them out on Basic White Cardstock. I stamped the easel over each one in Pecan Pie ink and then cut them out with the coordinating die.
Each card has the same basic layout. I cut a piece of the Masterfully Made DSP and adhered it as the background. I cut a piece of Basic White and cut it at and angle. I added a strip of cardstock across the top of it.
Last, I stamped the basket and paintbrushes, cut them out and placed then ext to the easel with Dimensionals. I added a Linen Thred bow and a few Adhesive Backed Tinsel Gems.
This last one I forgot to add the gems! Ack!
