I have had so many problems with this post!! I posted the wrong challenge first… then I fixed it. And then it disappeared.. Sigh… So, a day late, here is this week’s Friday Mash Up!
Click to See how to make the mint holder at Heidi’s Blog here.
Here’s your Mashup Challenge:
- Create a project with a “Baked Brown Sugar, Always Artichoke & Crushed Curry.”
- Create a “3-D project.”
- Or Mash it Up and create a “3-D Project with the above Color Combo.”
I failed at the “mash up” this week. I only got half the challenge done. But, I do LOVE the way it turned out. I embossed a piece of Old Olive Cardstock (with a now retired folder that I can’t remember the name of! SORRY!) and then used my brayer to run Artichoke ink all over it. I actually inked the debossed side so that the little swirls would remain the original color. I think it looks kind of velvety…. The little ornament is from Christmas Collectables and is stamped in Daffodil Delight.

It does look like velvet Erica, very nice!
What a great effect you created with the Elegant Lines EF! It begs one to reach out and touch it! The ornament really pops off the background. Very elegant;)
