Hello everyone! This week, my Product of the Week is the super cute Candy Cane Season Bundle. It’s a very user friendly bundle and is great for ALL those candy cane flavored treats out there!
I will be live today on my Pink Buckaroo Designs Facebook Page here with a fun demonstration.
Here is the recording if you weren’t able to watch live:
In fact, I bought so many Candy Cane themed goodies, I had a hard time narrowing down what projects I would show you this week! Today, I will show you how to make a Cake Pop Box, but also show you two other projects using this adorable set.
First up is the Candy Cane Cake Pop Box. I bought this yummy cake pop at Starbucks. They are very reasonably priced and make a fun little treat to help brighten someones day at this time of year.
I chose to go with Coastal Cabana and Lovely Lipstick as my color scheme. I love how bright and cheery they look together.
And here is a close up where you can see the Cake Pop in the from window.
The measurements for this project are 8 1/2″ X 4 3/4″ Coastal Cabana Cardstock. I used the Gift Bag Punch Board to make the box. I used the “score” line. Make sure to watch the replay of today’s Facebook Live to see exactly how it’s done.
The window is 1 5/8″ wide, cut with a Layering Circle Framelit. The tag was made with a 1 1/2″ Circle Punch.
Here are the supplies I used:
I also created this Candy Cane Hand Sanitizer Holder.
I used Tropical Escape DSP and the Black Foil paper along with Lovely lipstick and Call ME Clover Cardstock.
Last, I found these fun mini candy cane treats here on Pinterest and had to make them!
They were very easy! I cut 2″ off a 3″ X 6″ Cello bag, slipped it over the sucker and tied it with e Real Red Cotton Ribbon bow. I made a simple tag using the 1 1/4″ Circle Punch (I masked off the other candy cane) and added a tiny snowflake from the Blizzard Thinlit. So. Easy.
I hope you liked today’s projects! I have three more for you on Friday! Make sure to join me on my Facebook Group Page on Friday at 2:00 CST. Set a reminder and join me!
