Boardwalk Fun

Hello everyone! Today, I’ve got a projects featuring one of my favorite new products from the Spring Catalog- Boardwalk Fun!

If you have not received the actual catalog in person, you can see the PDF here. You can shop all of the products here. The Beach Boardwalk Suite is full of really fun products and you can find it on p. 47 of the Spring Mini Catalog.

There are so many directions you can go with this bundle. On Friday, I’ll show you three projects that use the roller coaster and the ferris wheel. But, for today’s project, I started with that really fun pink Beach Boardwalk Designer Series Paper and focused on the palm trees. This print is full of all my favorite colors! I repeated the theme by cutting out trees from Blackberry Bliss, Petunia Pop and Pretty in Pink Cardstock with the palm tree dies. I also stamped two trees in the background of the Smokey Slate piece in Blackberry Bliss ink. I cut one of the flag images from the DSP and layered it under the sentiment that was stamped in Versamark on Blackberry Bliss Cardstock, heat embossed with White Embossing Powder and cut out with the label die from the Endless Love Dies. I added a Bubble Bath bow and a few Adhesive Backed Metallic Gems.

On the inside, I layered Basic White Cardstock on BlackBerry Bliss Cardstock with a strip of that same DSP. I stamped the trees in Blackberry Bliss and the diamonds in Pretty in Pink ink.

Measurements:
4 1/4″ X 11″ Pretty in Pink Cardstock
4″ X 5 1/4″ DSP and Blackberry Bliss (inside)
2″ X 5″ DSP
2 1/2″ X 4 1/2″ Smokey Slate Cardstock
