A few nights ago, I hosted my first Stampin’ Bingo. It was SO MUCH FUN!!
Everyone paid $25 to attend, and with their fee, they received a swag bag full of product! The swag bag included the Snapshot stamp, the Flashback DSP, Basic Black Bakers Twine and Crushed Curry 1/8″ Ribbon.
In their swag bag, they also got two Bingo cards, a special ordering coupon for that night, a handmade tag from me and supplies for two make and takes.
They also got their own copies of the new Occasions Catalog and Sale A Bration catalogs!
We played eight games of Bingo. Here are the prizes for games 1-7.
And game 8 was a special Black Out Bingo and the prize was worth over $200!!
We had seven winners. One stamper won Bingo TWICE!!!
Our Grand Prize winner was excited! She is new to Stampin’ Up, so this was perfect for her!
Times got a little wild! We really had so much fun!!! I actually fit 26 people in my house for these games. Hubby helped me move all the furniture out of our living room! LOL!
Our first make and take used the stamp they received in their bag, Snapshot. I found this fabulous card tutorial by France Martin and thought it was perfect for this stamp!
It opens up like a lens. It’s hard to describe, you have to see it in person!
With 26 people, I knew we would be a bit crowded, and I was a little worried about doing a demo, especially for the shutter card. So, I got creative! I got my daughter’s new Selphie Stick, attached it to one of the pendent lights in my kitchen with a binder clip, and hooked up my Apple Tv. I was able to show what I was doing on my TV! It was so fun, and everybody thought it was so cool!! So, the Selphie Stick, isn’t just for selphies! Ha! (That glass right behind the stick was for door prizes. )
This was the view from my phone, so they were able to see everything! I could show them the prizes, the bingo numbers, the make and takes… I was excited about this and it made things run pretty smooth.
I tried to include all their Make and Take items in their bags, but their were a few things I put on the table. We also used Stampin’ Up buttons as Bingo Markers! 🙂 I didn’t have enough for Blackout, so we raided the kids coin jar! LOL!
I had some new things on display. There are some Sneak Peeks in there…
This is Tammy, my friend and downline. She was SERIOUS about Bingo. We laughed so hard when she pulled out all of her “good luck” charms. She even lit some candles!!!!! So, so funny! Unfortunately, they didn’t work. She didn’t win Bingo, but she did win a door prize!
I offered them all five door prize tickets if they brought a bottle of wine or a snack to share. My friend Debra got FANCY with her bottle of wine!! Do you recognize last month’s Paper Pumpkin! So cool! And she and I drank the entire bottle of Watermelon wine ourselves!!Thanks Debra!
It was a really fun event. I would say it was a party, more than anything! I had a blast and can’t wait to do the next one!!!
Speaking of parties, next weekend, I am having a Sale A Bration kick off!!
I’ve also got some very special things for all of my online customers, so stay tuned!!

What an awesome idea!!! That looks like a blast! And the make & takes are very impressive too! Thanks for sharing!!
EVERYTHING YOU DO IS JUST INCREDIBLE!!! Thank you so much for your sharing! I love all the details about how you run your events and what you include in your projects and "bags," etc. You certainly know how to have fun too; I cannot BELIEVE that your hubby even entertained the thought of moving your living room furniture "out of the living room" (to where?)!!!! This is (always), everything awesome! TFS!
I love this Bingo idea! How fun!!! My question is… how were you able to "spring" for all the free stamp set & items in those amazing gift baskets? It seems very expensive – Just wondering… It looks like such a fun evening & I am sure your friends will be back for more. Thanks for sharing –
Hugs,
Gale 🙂
