Welcome to the Wednesday Friday Wow Artisan Blog Hop. It’s a special edition this week! We are featuring our projects that were showcased on the Stampin’ Up Facebook page.
Once again, I ended up using the Festive Flurry Stamp and Framelit bundle. It’s turning out to be my GO TO Christmas set this year.
It’s funny when and how inspiration can strike. I was quickly getting my grocery shopping done Walmart, isle with the marshmallows) one evening and came to a complete halt when I saw these super-fun plastic milk bottles. The colors screamed out at me and I knew they needed bright and bold snowflakes. How fun and bright do these little snowflakes look?
Don’t be afraid of color, especially when it’s unexpected. Who says snowflakes have to be white?! And I think they really pop in these wonderful colors! Such a fun way to brighten anyone’s day.
I used DSP from Season of Style, Winter Frost and the Brights DSP Stack (Real Red). I adhered them with Sticky Strip.
To make the while really pop, I used Vera Mark and Whisper White Embossing Powder. The cardstock I used was Real Red, Tempting Turquoise and Old Olive. I also included Silver Glitter Paper and Linen Thread. The stamp is from Christmas Messages.
Now, run to Walmart and scoop up all your plastic Milk bottle cups. I paid $3 for them (because I know you are going to ask!!) I plan on sending these to my girls’ teachers the week before Christmas (as one of their surprises.) If you need the Festive Flurry Bundle, please stop by my Stampin’ Up store and snag then before you run out of time!
Thanks for hopping along and I hope you’ve enjoyed this week’s post!

I'm with you Connie, I flipped when I saw these, they are SO MUCH FUN!
Love these – fun!
I agree…fun is the word to use for these bottles! Sure hope WalMart will have some for me, too.
Erica do you know the brand of the bottles? I am wondering if there are Aladdin? I hope I can find them near me so cute!
Very FUN project! I love the bright and bold colors! A show stopper for sure!
