Hello everyone! Welcome to the last month for this year’s Artisan Design Team! I can’t believe this year has gone by so fast!!
Today, I am featuring the Stars Framelits. I LOVE these!! I can’t stop coming up with fun designs with them!
I wanted to come up with a simple patriotic treat holder. I also used DSP from Flower Pot DSP pack. I know it’s not red, but I think it really works with this project!
I also used Night of Navy Cardstock, Glimmer Paper and some Silver Twine.
After I made them in three different sizes, I started thinking they would bee great to hold fireworks! If you have some kind of Fourth of July gathering, these would be great to put sparklers or little poppers in!! I have a tutorial for each of these in my new Summer Fun Project Planner. You can see all the details here.
Ok, you’re off to my friend Jane Lee.
Make sure you keep hopping to see what everyone has come up with!

Fantastic bags, Erica! Love the change up of the colors….makes them great for birthdays and other celebrations!
I never would have thought to use that DSP for something patriotic…very creative and a refreshing twist! I agree with Jen, this way you can use them for all sorts of things…not just July 4th!
Great bags! And you are right, the DSP works perfectly!
Super fun! Love the 3D look of the stars!
darling project
