I’m in need for lots of Thank You cards! I still have not written all my thank yous for teacher appreciation so I am working on making new Thank You cards to motivate myself! Today I used this great color scheme from Color Throwdown and a great sketch from The Sweetest Thing.
I drug out Awash with Flowers again. Its a preview set that will be available July 1 in the new Stampin’ Up Catalog. I have not had much luck with it, but have seen some beautiful things on line, so I gave it another try!
I masked the Kraft CS with a dicut from my Big Shot called . I sprayed it with Log Cabin Smooch Spritz. Then, I peeled off the dicut to leave the negative image of the dicut. I like it, but my spryer was clogged and I was too lazy to fix it, so I got some blobs. But, overall, I think its OK.
Stamps: Awash with Flowers
Ink and Paper: Kraft, Bashful Blue, So Saffron, Garden Green, Chocolate Chip, Pretty in Pink
Other: 1 1/4″ square punch, Big Shot, Old Olive Striped Grossgrain Ribbon, Smooch Spritz
