Autumn Opulence

Hello everyone! I’m back today with another Sneak Peek! That new September- December Stampin’ Up Catalog goes live TOMORROW!! This card has a couple things from that new catalog!

To start today’s card, I pulled out the new Autumn Opulence Specialty Designer Series paper. This paper is considered “specialty” because it includes two pages of die cuts and elements. When I started this card, I actually hadn’t really dug into the paper pack yet, I just knew I wanted to use this gorgeous dark mushroom patterned paper as a background. Once I found the die cut sheet, I punched out the card and the matching mushrooms. I didn’t like the white border around the mushrooms, so I used my Detailed Scissors to cut that off and then mounted the mushrooms to the card with Dimensionals. I cut a Crumb Cake Scalloped Rectangle (another new set of dies called Scalloped Christmas Cheer Dies coming out tomorrow) and mounted it behind the bottom right corner of the small card. The sentiment is from the new stamp set called Framed & Fabulous. It’s stamped in Early Espresso to match the DSP. I added a few Gold Adhesive Backed Embellishments and a Linen Thread bow.

On the inside, I added a strip of the same DSP, a piece of basic White Cardstock and another punched out die cut from the DSP.

Measurements:
41/4″ X 11″ Early Espresso Cardstock
4″ X 5 1/4″ DSP and Basic White Cardstock
3/4″ X 5 1/2″ DSP (inside)
