Hello everyone! Today, I’m wrapping up my Amber Autumn series today with one more card. This beautiful Fall bundle is part of a gorgeous suite called Autumn Toile. Make sure to check out my first card here and my three Facebook Friday projects here.
Last week, I was playing around with the Etched Autumn Background stamp and had this Pecan Pie ink/Pecan Pie cardstock piece leftover. I knew I had to set it aside and design a card around it. I love tone on tone stamping, it creates a subtle background for your card that helps the image really pop off the card.
I pulled out my brand new Branching Out Dies and cut out the larges label. I attached it to a Pecan Pie card base. Next, I stamped the image again in Memento Black ink and colored it with Pumpkin Pie, Cajun Craze, Darling Duckling, Pecan Pie, Crumb Cake and Old Olive Stampin’ Blends. I cut it out with the matching die and added it to the card with Dimensionals.
I cut a few leaves from the new Earthen Toned Metallic Paper and slipped them behind the image. I then stamped the sentiment in Versamark ink on an Early Espresso Stylish Shape banner and heat embossed it with Bronze Embossing Powder and attached it with Dimensionals.
