Adventure Awaits and the Bokeh Technique

Good morning everyone! I hope you had a wonderful Mother’s Day. Mine was pretty low key… A nap and a pedicure. Loved it! And of course, my sweet babies jumping at my every wish… Ha! Yea right… 😉
I want to share a fe pictures of a few cards I did last month for my team and stamp clubs. I wanted to give the Bokeh technique a try, so I pulled out lots of ink and the Adventure Awaits stamp set.
This one was my favorite. It was done with Strawberry Slush and Daffodil Delight.

This one was done with Old Olive and Daffodil Delight.

This is the one we ended up doing at Stamp Club. It is actually Calypso Coral and Daffodil Delight.

Lastly, I did Pacific Point and Pool Party I thought it resembled water, so the stamp was appropriate!
I did a Youtube search for Bokeh Technique and found a wide variety of videos. Many different ways to do it, but I found Dawn Olchefsky’s vide the easiest and least messy.
I’ll be back tomorrow with a NEW video for you feature new In Colors and new sneak peek stamps! Stay Tuned!
PS- I am updating the blog list on the right side today for all of you who like to use it. Special thanks to my “right hand man woman” Teri for always watching out for me and making me aware of it’s need for an update!! Love you Teri!! 🙂
