This week’s challenge at Hand Stamped Sentiments is a photo inspiration. Just perfect for our wonderful fall weather were having (NOT!! It’s in the 90s!! BOO!) But, i can pretend…
Since receiving Wonderfall from SU in my Artisan box last month, I just can’t get enough of it! It is such an easy to use, bold stamp set! Today’s inspiration lent itself easily to Wonderfall leaves!
I have to say, I love this page! I do a lot of stuff that to me is just “alright.” Occasionally, I do something that I truly love. This is one of them. I think I’m going to frame it! LOL!
The leaf was dicut and run through the crimper many times to give it some work texture. The stamps are from our SU Convention set this past year called I Am. Love it!
The background was again done with the Wood Grain wheel I used last month on the Blue Glass page. It quickly creates wood planks beautifully! The “nails” are just drawn with a Basic Black Stampin’ Write marker.
Pennant? You know me, of course!!
So what do you think? Sweet and simple, eh? I actually based this page on a page found on Pinterest.
So, what does this week’s Hand Stamped Sentiment’s picture inspire you to make? Hop back over to HSS and see what the other designers have done and then show us what you’ve come up with!
