Hello and welcome back! Today I am kicking off my Above It All series. This is such a fun and unique bundle- we’ve never had a ski lift set before!
There are two ways to make the little gondola- paper piecing and stamping. Today’s card is paper piecing. I cut the gondola from Poppy Parade Cardstock. I cut the attachment at the top from Basic Gray. I also added vellum behind the windows and an Adhesive Backed snowflake to the front. The card base is Fresh Freesia. I used a Blending Brush to add Orchid Oasis ink around the top and Daffodil Delight in the center.
The moutains are from the Forever Forest die set. I cut them from Starry Sky and Orchid Oasis Cardstock. The front layer is from the Above It All Dies. I added Wink of Stella to the tops of the mountains to look like snow in the distance. I added a few Granny Apple Green trees in the foreground and some Enamel Effects stars in the night sky.
On the inside, I actually used the Merry Wishes for the inside, stamped in Orchid Oasis and Basic Gray.
