Today, we’re going to make two Storybook Gnome projects. I had original planned to use the Sweet Gingerbread Bundle, but it’s sold out.

My first project only uses the Gnome dies- I’m trying to keep it really simple today! I added a reindeer headband too!
Measurements:
4 1/4″ X 11″ Thick Basic White Cardstock
3 3/4″ X 5 1/4″ Real Red Cardstock
3 1/2″ X 5″ DSP
3 1/4″ X 4 1/4″ Real Red Cardstock
3″ X 4″ DSP

And last, I’m going to show you how to make a custom box. I will post measurements below for this box that holds two Little Debbie Gingerbread Men, but watch the video to see how you can make a box in any size you need.
Measurements:
9″ X 6 1/2″ Real Red Cardstock
score the long side at 3″ 4 1/4″, 7 1/4″ and 8 1/2″
score the short side at 1 1/4″ and 5 1/4″

Your box making process is the same as mine except I use scratch paper. I think it might be easier to visualize if I use the grid paper. Thanks for that tip.
As for my favorite project, it’s easier to say which one is my least favorite! They all are great ideas and designs (even my least favorite).

Thank you so much for the box making tips! I hadn’t thought of using the grid paper but I will definitely go to that! I also put back a couple packs of retired incolor cardstock to use as practice boxes. I make one then make a template for it with all the sizes written on one. It is so much easier to throw away retired cardstock!
